Are you a construction professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for precision?
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team and help us continue to build success!

What You'll Do:

• Craft detailed bid proposals, ensuring all estimates are complete and competitive.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the full scope of work.
• Engage with pre-bid meetings, adding your expertise to define project parameters.
• Secure the best deals, negotiating purchase orders and subcontracts post-award.
• Collaborate closely with project management, contributing to pre-job strategy sessions.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction estimating across electric, pipeline, and water/sewer sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to forge and maintain strong business relationships.
• A detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
