Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Policy Development: The EPC Manager is responsible for establishing and enforcing policies that align exam accommodations with university standards, faculty requirements, and ADA compliance. The Manager will also ensure the protection of exam integrity and consistency in service delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serving as the primary point of contact for the EPC, the Manager will collaborate with faculty and university leadership, providing expertise on ADA compliance and addressing complex matters related to exam accommodations for students with disabilities.

Collaboration: The EPC Manager will work closely with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) specialists to resolve advanced accommodation concerns and streamline processes, ensuring effective service delivery.

Supervision and Recruitment: The Manager will lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of a diverse, culturally competent student staff, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the needs of a varied student population.

Operational Oversight: The EPC Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including the management of records, exam scheduling, technical logistics, and exam return procedures, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and operational efficiency.

Regulatory Expertise: The Manager will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Title I, Title II, and Section 504 regulations to guide decision-making regarding student accommodations and ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.

Student and Family Engagement: The EPC Manager will meet with students and families to review disability documentation, determine eligibility for accommodations, and provide guidance through a process that prioritizes inclusion, confidentiality, and support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):Bachelor's degree with minimum of four years working in Higher Ed.
Relevant experience in working with students and coordinating scheduling and working with confidential information.
Implementation of policies and procedures with ADA knowledge.
Must commit to diversity, social justice, and multiculturalism; ability to work well with people; and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
May need to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Ability to type and enter data into database accurately and promptly.
Anticipated Pay Range:$59,000 - $62,000
Special Conditions:A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), Background Check required for this position
