Blue Cross of Idaho is looking for an experienced, proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer and the Enterprise Business Operations division. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support, managing schedules, planning and coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
This position is located in Meridian Idaho. #LI-Onsite
To be considered this position, you have the following:
Experience: Six years of administrative support to executive-level positions in a corporate environment
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Two years of work experience is equivalent to one year of college)
