Our client, a leading capital management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive in their NYC office. The hours are 8am-6pm and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling of internal and external meetings
- Book international/domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Complete expense reconciliations and invoices for the team
- Make phone calls and arrange for meeting logistics
- Assist with special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-12+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably investor-facing
- Must have extensive experience supporting travel to the Middle East
- Fluent in Arabic a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
- Must possess high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $160K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
