Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:The Executive Director of Research Development and Infrastructure (EDRDI) will manage the day-to-day operations of the Department of Education Path to R1 at TSU program and work closely with all personnel to prepare reports and deliverables to the PIs (Principal Investigators) and funding agency. The EDRDI will coordinate/schedule team meetings, assist with data tracking and reporting, organize career development, and research enhancement activities, and ensure all day-to-day, short, and long-term project operations are handled on time, within specifications, and within budget. The EDRDI will report directly to the PI/PD and work closely with all personnel including the leadership team and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful coordination and execution of such a project.
This is a Grant Funded position.

Education:Master's degree (MBA preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge:
Four (4) years of grant management or related experience.
