Role Overview: As a contingent resource, you will consult on complex, high-impact initiatives involving large-scale planning for various aspects of experience design. This includes content design, design programs, design research and strategy, and product design. You will review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. Your contributions will be crucial in resolving complex situations that demand a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will also strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex, high-impact initiatives in experience design.
• Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term design challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a deep understanding of relevant functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
• Equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
