Facilities Coordinator - $35/hr-$45/hr - Washington, DC

Our client, a social change organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Facilities Coordinator to support their team!

About the Position:

• Ensure an operational and efficient office space; stock supplies, replenish pantries, monitor vendor services, and maintain general cleanliness.
• Conduct regular sweeps of the building to replenish office, kitchen, and restroom supplies, and perform general housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Support meetings by coordinating beverages and snacks as required.
• Manage the daily pick-up and distribution of mail and accountable deliveries.
• Oversee the office supply closet, including ordering and maintaining back stock.
• Coordinate with vendors for events, working closely with the events team.

About You:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational, customer service multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity working in a MAC office environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
• Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.

Position Information:

• Temporary 2-3 months.
• Hourly: $35/hr-45/hr.
• Hours 8:30 - 4:30pm- OT eligible.
• 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
