LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic for its contract to provide facilities operations and maintenance services in Baltimore, MD.

• Candidate must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience performing HVAC and general maintenance for commercial or government buildings.

• Experience in servicing commercial Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical Trouble Shooting and Repair, Plumbing Service and repair.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The maintenance, repair and operation of commercial refrigeration to include package chillers, pneumatic controls, as well as general building maintenance items such as general carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

• • EPA Universal and/or CFC certification required.
• • Stationary Engineer's license a plus.
• • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
