Job Description Summary
The P&PS Facility Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day onsite operations at multiple client locations in Texas and Colorado. These locations include National Corporate Headquarters, warehouses, training centers, private airport, and Regional Office space.

The primary focus will be to manage and coordinate the activities of our janitorial service providers, landscaping providers, and pest control providers, ensuring that our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

This position is paying anywhere from $90,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the overall upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. Ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and up to code.
  • Janitorial Duties: Manage janitorial service providers and ensure all areas of our facilities are clean and sanitary. Respond to occupant concerns and complaints timely and professionally.
  • Landscaping: Oversee the landscaping of our facilities. Manage landscape maintenance providers. Facilitate and support landscape improvement projects.
  • Pest Control: Implement and manage pest control measures to ensure our facilities are free from pests and vermin.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized facility needs.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for facility maintenance and improvements.
  • Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency procedures and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control and Performance Reporting: Audit performance of service providers. Provide weekly reports to customers and participate and support monthly reviews.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Evaluate and engage key suppliers of services and supplies including issuing contracts and purchase orders. Direct team's completion of required corporate and safety training Provide additional support for P&PS Director of Operations Support other projects impacting occupants of space Review and ensure accuracy of invoices, billing, and payroll records.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business and / or Facility Management. Certification from IFMA or BOMA in Facility Management is preferred. Lean Six Sigma certification is desired. OSHA 30 training required, can provide training if needed.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management in a corporate setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to travel to remote locations, at times staying overnight at a remote location.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and resourcefulness. Experience in root cause analysis of operational problems.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
