Job Title:Finance & Business Operations AnalystDepartment:Medicine | Neurology

Responsibilities

• Responsible for facility projects within the Department of Neurology
• Monitors clinic space utilization for all outpatient locations
• Manages data analysis, reporting & quality control for clinical operations, faculty productivity, and other data requests within the Department of Neurology
• Will be program manager for Teleneurology program
• Completes PAAs/costing allocations (especially salary over the cap)
• Tracks all start-up funding and effort certification departmental non-clinical faculty
• Conducts transfers for all grant related financials
• Financial reconciliation of start-up activity for basic science faculty
• Manages p-card activity for research faculty
• Assists with annual budget cycle activities with Associate Department Administrator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration required; Masters in health administration or Masters in business administration highly preferred
• Project management and data analysis skills recommended
• Experience with financial planning, financial transactions, and Workday experience preferred
• Computer skills required with experience using Microsoft Office Software applications desired
• Must be able to effectively communicate, both face-to-face and in writing
