Apply now for the position of Diagnostics Central Business Services Financial Analyst, where you will engage with the CBS Governance Lead, CBS Regional Leads, and CRM leadership teams.

Your role:

  • Assist with gathering data and organizing information to perform financial analysis, and support Contract Management/CBS business cases
  • Support tracking and reporting of CBS KPI's; collaborate with stakeholders confirming results and trends to support decision making
  • Critically review and consolidate Global commentaries on Contract Management performance
  • Collaborate with the review and interpretation of Finance Corporate guidelines
  • Support the identification of process improvement opportunities
  • Support the tracking and cost/benefit assessment of digitalization and automation initiatives
  • Carry out ad-hoc analyses and support Executive presentations

Your expertise:
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to assist on decision making
  • Effective collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills; solid professional judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/think-cell; presentation skills with the ability to visualize data

The Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or related degree with minimum of 1-2 years' experience in finance/controlling/accounting
  • High energy level with a hands-on approach to support a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
  • Communication skills to clearly present key issues
  • Strong systems aptitude and proficiency, including Excel and SAP skills
