We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Office Clerk with advanced Excel skills and experience in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will assist with various financial tasks and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine financial calculations and generate reports using advanced Excel functions.
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Support the finance team with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Office Clerk or in a similar role within the financial industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
