Are you a passionate and experienced Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager or Supervisor seeking a challenging and rewarding role?

As our client's Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of their food products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Oversight: Leading and managing a team of quality assurance technicians to ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining effective quality control systems to monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to GMPs, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and USDA requirements.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential food safety risks to protect their consumers and brand.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency within the manufacturing process.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of food safety and quality assurance experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- USDA experience
- PCQI certification
- SQF Practitioner certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- HACCP certification
- Strong knowledge of food processing GMPs, sanitation, and statistical analysis
