Food Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the food service establishment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency, safety, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in quality control.
