Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for web services (JSON, XML) and file transfer processes.
• Collaborate with external teams to confirm project scope, functionality, and detailed requirements for web service interfaces.
• Develop and deliver high-quality, client-facing documentation, including functional specifications, business documentation, and technical processes.
• Identify gaps in requirements and designs, leveraging your expertise in developing web services.
• Assist development and testing teams by providing clarification on requirements and resolving technical questions with external teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in functional design, functional requirements gathering, and developing web services (JSON, XML).
• Strong knowledge of SOA web services, functional specifications, and SDLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as IBM ACE and SoapUI (API/Webservice testing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
