We're hiring for a Health Insurance Sales Executive in the greater Monrovia, CA area on a direct hire basis! Pay ranges from $57k-$69k dependent upon hire and experience.

Responsibilities:
Use CRM to schedule, develop prospects, and document all sales activities.
Fulfill marketing goals and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
Create proposals and guide clients on the benefits that best meet their needs (e.g., medical, dental, vision).
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services (all-in-one solutions).

Qualifications:
Relevant experience in the health insurance industry.
An active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus.
Must be bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Competent in computer applications - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction within the company and with assigned accounts.
Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation abilities to effectively facilitate resolutions.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive, growth-oriented learning attitude.
