Volt is immediately hiring Heavy Lifter - Production Workers in Santa Rosa, CA

As a Heavy Lifter - Production Worker, you will expect to do the following:

• Operating Machine
• Loading / unloading product.
• Inspecting the quality of the product.
• Usage of hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain a clean work area

This is a Fulltime opportunity. Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 3:30pm (40 hours a week)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous general labor experience
• Ability to work overtime during high seasons.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform the following tasks: bending, scooping, lifting, twisting, pulling, pushing, among other physical tasks.
• Steel-toe boots or shoes are required as well as gloves.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements.
• Must be able to read tape measures
• Able and willing to lift glass off the end of a production line for the duration of their shift (45-50lb minimum)
• Able and comfortable working in a team environment
• Able to follow instructions and is a quick learner
• Looking for a long-term position and motivated to grow within the company

Pay Rate: $18.50 /hr.
