Position Summary
The HR Analyst - Data & Technology Support will be a key team member within the HRBP Team, responsible for supporting the HRIS Administrator in managing designated aspects of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and data management processes within the HR department. This role will provide support for data reporting and analysis needs, along with contributing to special projects related to data management and technology usage, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HRIS Administrator with day-to-day management of the Oracle HCM system, including data entry, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute various HR reports as required by HR leadership, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with HRBP team members to identify data and reporting needs and assist in developing data solutions within Oracle HCM.
- Maintain and improve data quality within the HR system by conducting regular audits and identifying areas for data accuracy improvement.
- Support special projects involving data management, system upgrades, and technology implementation within the HR department.
- Provide technical support and assistance to HR team members on system usage and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to HR data and technology by identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and enhance system functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HRIS or HR support role, preferably with Oracle HCM.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with Oracle HCM or similar HCM platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data management or data quality assurance.
- Basic understanding of SQL or other database query languages.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
