HR Associate

Ultimate Staffing has an excellent opportunity for an HR Associate to join an amazing organization. Growth, benefits and a fantastic culture offered! We are seeking entry level and experienced HR professionals looking to take that next step. This organization is located in SW Houston, working 8-5, with a starting salary of $24-25/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, event planning
• Assist with payroll, auditing HR files, generating reports, draft new hire / terminataion documentation
• Clerical support to the HR department
• Train /supervise the Receptionist

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience working in human resources
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
