Human Resources Director

Our client, a leading healthcare services provider, is seeking an experienced HR Director to oversee the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. This role will involve providing strategic HR leadership and managing the full spectrum of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to executive leadership, providing guidance on key business decisions.
• Lead recruitment efforts, workforce planning, and talent development programs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, terminations, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of human resources experience, with a strong preference for healthcare industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing HR teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
