HVAC Foreman
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience being a jobsite Lead/Foreman, installing a variety of Commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, VRF/VRF, VAV and water sourced systems
- Report and track project status and updates
- Maintain a high level of integrity
- Experience reading wiring diagrams, contract drawings, specifications and notes
- Ability to install duct work and fabricate duct transitions in the field
- Previous experience as a Commercial service technician or installer preferred.
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and service Commercial HVAC equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to manage internal teams and subcontractors
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong and dependable work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Personable with strong listening skills
- Place safety and well being of subordinates and peers above all else
