Who We Are Looking For:
Every day, Cambia's dedicated team of Insights Analysts are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Quality team the Insights Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and analyzing member experience data across multiple sources including surveys, complaints, appeals, and calls. This role will also support programming in our survey platform, ensuring seamless integrations with various databases to facilitate survey triggering and data analysis. This position supports member experience reporting that ensures compliance with NCQA Accreditation. This role also supports the member experience team by providing ongoing analytics to capture the "Voice of the Customer" and collaborates with cross-functional departments to drive change. Key responsibilities include report writing, quantitative/qualitative analysis, survey programming, testing, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, to inform data-driven decisions - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

Qualifications:
- Insights Analyst I would have a B/A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Economics or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in web/mobile/app analytics role
- Insights Analyst II would have a B/A degree (Master's preferred) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in web/mobile/app analytics role and statistical modeling experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience with customer experience survey platforms, such as Qualtrics or Medallia, is preferred.
- Knowledge of NCQA Accreditation reporting requirements. Ability to perform quantitively and qualitive analysis using data and outcomes from strategic initiatives is preferred
- Proven ability to: Create SQL queries Analyze large datasets Interpret qualitative data (research, feedback) and incorporate into analyses
- Proficiency in data extraction and preparation software, such as: Toad SAS R Python Alteryx to collect, blend, and analyze data from diverse sources, and develop reports for various organizational levels
- Experience with data reporting tools, including: Tableau Micro Strategies PowerPoint Excel
- Familiarity with databases, such as Snowflake, is a plus.
- Experience analyzing digital behavior, including web, app, and mobile interactions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver analytics that inform business decisions, drive operations, and shape strategic direction.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Commitment to producing accurate, error-free deliverables and participating in a peer review culture.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights and analysis to teams, supporting informed business decisions and program initiatives.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
- Designs and programs surveys through a customer experience tool, enabling data collection and analysis.
- Develops and maintains integrations through APIs and SFTP to facilitate survey triggers and two-way data flow.
- Analyzes survey data, compiles reports, and provides insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Leads analytics projects, including data sourcing, analysis structure, and report/data visualization, to drive business outcomes.
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery of project reporting and analyses, and collaborates with stakeholders to develop strategy.
- Standardizes and automates tracking and reporting of program KPIs, and enables self-service routine reporting for stakeholders.
- Provides technical leadership and review of data sourcing, analytical methods, and computational integrity to ensure high-quality results.

The expected hiring range for a Insights Analyst I is $29.80 - $40.40 an hour depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $28.00 - $45.70 an hour.
The expected hiring range for an Insights Analyst II is $75,700 - $102,400 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $71,000 - $116,000.
