A Chicago-based Insurance Company is seeking experienced insurance transactional or regulatory attorney to join their General Counsel's office. Qualified candidates will have 6+ years of experience either in a big law firm or an insurance company (or a combination thereof). Qualified attorney will have 6+ years of expeience working with companies on insurance and reinsurance contracts and additional experience counseling on related regulatory issues.

This is a new position in a growing team. This is hybrid out of their downtown Chicago office. Attorneys here can expect great benefits and work/life balance. Compensation is commensurate with market rates and is a combination of base + bonus + equity.
