We are seeking a full time Intake Director to join us in leading Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions.
• Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions.
• Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission.

EXPERIENCE:

• Three (3) years clinical experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Experience with crisis management or intake preferred.
• Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit preferred
