Compensation

$89,200 - 106,000

• Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas offers excellent competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual's skills, education, experience, and training. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.

What you'll do

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Create and evaluate business process models to identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system requirements, ensuring feasibility
• Develop and maintain requirement and system documentation
• Create and execute test plans to validate that developed solutions meet the documented requirements and are of high quality
• Develop and conduct training sessions for end users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of new or changed systems and processes
• Be up to date on system functions, regulations and emerging technologies
• Provides production support in coordination with technical resources to identify issues, create solutions and manage the release of fixes

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in or related to Information Technology is preferred.
• Must have 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Proficiency in the methods and procedures of business analysis
• Experience using SQL
• Experience utilizing Microsoft applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Bonus if you have

• Training in Agile
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Visio to create process flow diagrams
