LITIGATION LEGAL SECRERTARY
A reputable law firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join growing team! This candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe. The ideal candidate has exposure to a Civil Litigation caseload and can support multiple attorneys. If you are a hard worker and can complete tasks with minimal supervision, then please apply now!
Litigation Secretary Responsibilities include:
- Formatting legal briefs, pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents
- Filling of legal documents with state and federal courts
- Supporting mutlitple Attorneys at once
- Redacting and formatting in Adobe
- Calendaring court deadlines
- Scanning, Copying, E-filing, and other aspects of a busy secretary desk
Requirements include:
- Civil Litigation exposure for 4 + years
- Litigation Secretary experience for AT LEAST 4 years
- Complete all tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
