This is skilled work in the maintenance repair and installation in buildings and assigned areas using equipment as
required. Carries out duties both independently and as a team member on specific assigned projects. Ensures
inspections of assigned zones are carried out and deficiencies are recorded and corrected in a timely manner.
Coordinates department repairs with the least amount of impact on patient care. Ensures all paperwork is completed on
time and correctly.
