Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing skilled administrative support aligned with departmental goals, standards, policies, and procedures. This role involves overseeing the Human Resources function at the Three Rivers campus, offering guidance to managers and employees across various HR areas. A passion for people, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach are essential. The manager must enjoy engaging with others, maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
•Assist with the Performance Management process at the Three Rivers Campus under the direction of the Director of Human Resources.
•Support the Human Resources Director in strategic initiatives, audits, and other tasks as needed.
•Aid the Benefits Administrator in managing all aspects of health, dental, prescription, and flexible benefits programs, including:
o Renewals and open enrollment for retirees and employees.
o COBRA administration, SPDs, ACA filings, and annual 5500 forms.
o Handling employee claims and related issues.
•Oversee and administer disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to management, consulting with the Director of Human Resources to address and resolve employee relations issues.
•Address inquiries related to policies, procedures, and programs.
•Serve as a backup for HRIS administration.
•Consult with the Director of Human Resources to ensure compliance with federal ,state, and local labor laws.
•Coordinate employee training and development programs using the Learning Management System (LMS).Oversee HR ISO procedures and manage related audits.

•Strong expertise in benefits administration.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and federal, state, and local regulations.
•Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
•Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
•Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Sage People.
•Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
•Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
•Display a sense of urgency and the ability to connect interrelated details.
•Consistently meet deadlines with reliability.
•A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to training as needed.
•Physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise and lighting conditions.
•Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education Level
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
