Job Summary:
Responsibility for the management and delivery of support services within Workforce Health (WFH). The Manager will collaborate with WFH executive leadership to provide the highest quality services and customer experience. This position reports to the Executive Director - WFH Operations, ensuring effective delivery of services to support WFH clinical and business operations, implement the annual plan and strategic initiatives, as well as achieve short and long-term organizational goals.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of three years of healthcare experience is required. Leadership experience preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field required.
A Master's Degree is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to accomplish goals and improve team productivity. Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to operational improvements and problem-solving skills. Proven interpersonal communication skills with ability to lead through influence Demonstrate knowledge of medical practice and functions High level of organizational skills, and ability to prioritize daily workflow. Strong customer service skills Demonstrate problem solving capability in order to address issues and concerns in a professional manner Proficient in the use of computer programs and office equipment.
