Marketing Analyst I

In a Nutshell:

This role is responsible for qualifying and processing new sales leads from the client's website, 1-800 number, chat, direct response marketing campaigns, and social media. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and research. A dynamic personality with good communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Job description:

• Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Process new leads over the telephone, chat, direct mail, and e-marketing channels.
• Follow up on leads and qualify potential prospects.
• Track and analyze prospects to qualified leads conversion.
• Conduct follow-up communications to move leads through the sales funnel.
• Work across the Brand Marketing + Strategy team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
