Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22degrees, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle, move, and store materials within the warehouse
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Successfully implement inventory control measures
• Determine the most efficient methods for shipping and receiving materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Carry out comprehensive assessments to ensure that materials adhere to the necessary standards.
• Handle forklifts and other equipment for moving materials, as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling role
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills and a dedication to inclusion and diversity
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
