Location: Columbia City, IN
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract
Shift Hours: 2 PM - 11 PM
Highly Desired Skills (Not Required):
- MS Office experience
- Kronos and SAP
- Associate's degree
We are seeking a dedicated Materials Supervisor with a strong background in warehouse materials management. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and/or previous warehouse materials management. This role requires a people-oriented individual who has managed warehouse personnel effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and support WM system troubleshooting issues.
- Provide shop floor warehouse support to the operations team.
- Ensure that processes are documented and strictly followed.
- Maintain all master data associated with the warehouse management system.
- Manage engineering changes to avoid excess/obsolescence.
- Suggest and implement new ideas for continuous improvement.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Good understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put away, replenishment, and line feed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with warehouse personnel.
- Understanding of master data associated with the warehouse management system.
