Medicare Sales Agent - AR

We're hiring on a direct hire basis for a Medicare Sales Agent in the greater Monrovia, CA area. Pay ranges from $57k-$69k dependent upon experience and hire.

Responsibilities:
Assess and analyze clients' health care plan requirements.
Provide recommendations for obtaining supplemental insurance.
Clarify options for prescription drug, vision, and dental coverage.
Independently perform data entry, e-filing, document scanning, and other office tasks as directed by the Department Director.
Manage sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
At least 1 year of experience in the health insurance field is preferred.
Health insurance licensure is a plus.
Skilled in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
