Position: Litigation Secretary
Salary Range: $$65-85K per year DOE
Key Responsibilities:

Litigation Support: Manage correspondence, pleadings, and court filings. Edit, proofread, and file legal documents.

Administrative Tasks: Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and conferences. Organize and maintain client records and files.

Document Management: Prepare and organize documents for court filings, manage attorney calendars, and handle expense reimbursements.

Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and billing partners. Provide backup support to other secretaries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in litigation, preferably with medical malpractice experience.
- Strong knowledge of state court filing rules.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, WordPerfect, Outlook and Adobe.
- Strong typing skills (70wpm).
- Knowledge of trial and arbitration preparation.
