Responsibilities:

• Provide support for production and inventory reporting in MES.
• Preparation of materials for use in production process, ensuring accurate documentation of required data.
• Material handling of raw and finished goods for production.
• Operates efficiently in the related production processes.
• Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.
• Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the entire MES transactional process for related production area.
• Monitor MES / SAP inventory for discrepancies. Support resolution of MES / SAP discrepancies.
• Use approved methods of obtaining materials, ensuring that correct materials are supplied.
• Move finished goods to the warehouse or staging area by forklift, electric pallet jack, or pallet jack.
• Oversee nonconforming material issues to ensure appropriate removal from manufacturing area and execution of appropriate transactions.
• Support knowledge of production reporting guidelines with MES users.
• Participate in periodic inventory verifications.
• Cross training on one or more operations within the related production area to support MES transactions and production needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Operar eficientemente en la producción relacionada con el proceso.
• Asistencia puntual y regular, es una función laboral esencial.
• Garantiza el cumplimiento con los systemas de calidad de BD, pólizas, procedimientos y practicas y toda regulacion de seguridad local, estatal, federal y regulaciones de seguridad de BD, policias y procedimientos.
• Responsable de todo el proceso de transacción del área de producción relacionada con MES..
• Monitoriar inventario de discrepancias en MES/SAP. Resolución de soporte en discrepancias de MES / SAP.
• Uso de metodos approvados para obtener los materiales, asegurandose que los materiales correctos se suministran.
• Mover productos terminados al almacén o área de preparación por montacargas, transpaleta electrica, transpaleta.
• Supervisar problemas materiales no conformes para garantizar la eliminación adecuada del área de fabricación y ejecución de las y ejecución de transacciones apropiadas.
• Conocimientos de apoyo de producsion de informes de pautas con usuarios de MES.
• Participar en verificaciones de inventario periódico.
• Entrenamiento cruzado en una o mas de las areas de operaciones dentro de la producción relacionadato para con el apoyo transacciones y necesidades de producción con MES.
• Otros deberes asignados.

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED or at least 5 years manufacturing experience
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English or Spanish
