Responsibilities:

• Provide support for WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and VOIP across various network systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Install and configure computer network equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the security department to secure and update network systems.
• Work with hardware and software suppliers within the scope of service contracts and warranties.
• Take immediate action to resolve system failures and restore proper operation as quickly as possible.
• Offer ongoing technical support for users as the Third Level of Support, solving problems in applications running on network/computers.
• Review and manage repair, modernization, scrapping, and hardware/software purchases.
• Perform duties and handle service requests according to the developed schedule.
• Provide high-quality onsite and remote support for end users, including senior executives. Diagnose and resolve technical (hardware/software) issues related to PCs, mobile devices, printers, network, video conferencing, WMS devices, security cameras, time & attendance kiosks, and access control systems with minimal disruption. Provide feedback, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for technology products and services.
• Handle service requests, including registering user service requests, telephone and/or email contact with users, tracking the status of reported problems, verifying and changing request statuses, and creating a knowledge base of solved problems. Maintain detailed records of installed computer hardware and software, including license audits.
• Oversee the local IT infrastructure and take immediate action in cooperation with the third line of support to resolve any outages quickly. Manage the replacement and securing of backup tapes as scheduled.
• Develop and monitor policies for the use of network and computer resources.
• Participate in projects related to IT network and computer infrastructure development.
• Develop and update technical documentation and local site inventory/diagrams.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in network and computer infrastructure.
• Apply technology analytical skills in the area of network and computer infrastructure.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Management experience is a plus.

IT Software Skills:

• Proficient in Cisco Switching/Routing/Call Manager, Palo Alto Firewall, Azure Network, GPC Network, Microsoft Office Products, and Operating Systems.
• Experience with ITSM systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise imaging and updating tools.

Other Qualifications:

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Multi-Cloud Network experience (Azure, GPC).
• Palo Alto Training/Certification.
