Onboarding Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in project coordination with background in onboarding processes
* Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Exposure to ticketing systems
* Must be able to use problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges
* Effective communication with project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors
* Must be self-motivated and able to work with ambiguity and aggressive timelines

• Coordinate internal and external meetings
• Assist with maintaining budget / forecast information
• Assist with status reports
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding resources
• Updating the resource directory, creating global id's requesting email, acquiring laptops, tracking end dates, etc.
