Operations Coordinator Job in Delray Beach, FL

We are currently partnering with a company in Delray Beach that is #hiringnow! As an Operations Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between internal departments and provide administrative support to various teams. This position is responsible for executing all aspects of the organization's operational tasks; attention to detail and comfortability working in spreadsheets is important to be successful in this role!

The ideal candidate is analytical by nature, a strong communicator, professional, and able to build rapport quickly! This is a 100% in-office position, and we are seeking local candidates only. Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
  • Assisting with data and file management and maintenance
  • Maintaining compliance with processes and procedures
  • Ordering and tracking supplies from various vendors
  • Assisting the accounting team by gathering information for billing adjustments
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (testing required)
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team
