Duties: The position's responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Develop, document, and implement standard setup and delivery process and procedures for Learning Lab digital learning tools and simulations; provide training as needed to faculty and TAs.
- Take ownership of all Learning Lab simulation deliveries, ensuring successful deployment of simulation from faculty inquiry to final classroom debrief.
- Lead in-class delivery of the Learning Lab's long-form, multi-day simulations in the role of Simulation Facilitator or TA
- Ensure all Learning Lab in-class game runs are setup per standard setup and delivery procedures for faculty clients
- Provide continuous improvement feedback to the Learning Lab development teams with respect to the delivery and use of the solution and how it might be bettered, both operationally and also pedagogically, depending on classroom experience.
- Manage the Learning Lab's delivery calendar
- Work with Wharton Computing staff on cross team collaborations and projects
Qualifications: C Level Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience, preferably in education, with a focus on technology solutions delivery, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with technology-related events delivery. Preferred experience with managing the delivery of long-form simulations.
E/Sr. Level Same as above; four years of experience.
