RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day-to-day operations of the Tubular Running Services through the management of equipment and personnel. Assist the Operations Manager in daily activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise Location Field & Engineering Support Personnel.
• Communicate with the operations team to meet customer's requirements and time frames.
• Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
• Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
• Oversee, coordinate, and manage personnel training and competency
• Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all Weatherford's safety rules and company policies.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
• Perform various other duties assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years experience in project management.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree or Engineering and Technology Management Degree
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in design modeling software
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Products
• Strong leadership skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Strong Critical thinking skills
