Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses, pitching advertising placements.
- Set appointments, negotiate terms, and build client relationships.
- Update CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry.
Requirements:
- Outbound calling experience required; must be comfortable with high call volumes.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Outlook; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
- Sales-driven mindset-recent graduates looking to break into sales are welcome.
- Ability to work independently, with strong communication skills.
Additional Details:
- Pay: $21-$24/hr (higher rates for relevant experience or bilingual skills).
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (in-office, with potential for hybrid after one month).
- Start Date: 12/2
- Duration: Temporary through January, with potential to extend and go Contract to Hire!
