Paid Social Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Paid Social Specialist to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional with a passion for social media advertising and a knack for managing multiple projects. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team.

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing a variety of campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Google, Bing, Amazon, and Walmart. Your role will extend from planning and execution to reporting, ensuring our client's KPI goals are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage client campaigns across various platforms
- Perform regular pacing checks and participate in analytic status meetings
- Develop comprehensive strategies for increasing performance for clients' KPIs
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on client KPIs and provide analysis of key findings
- Stay abreast of changing trends in the industry and across all platforms
- Develop point of views on new opportunities relevant to the agency and our clients
- Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, with 2-3 years of experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns. Experience with bid management tools like Kenshoo, Marin, and others is a plus. Certifications in Google Adwords, Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint are also beneficial.
