Title: Part-time Administrative Assistant
Hours: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm
LOCATION: Foothill Ranch, CA
Pay: $21-23/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
General Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via telephone and email to address inquiries and provide support.
- Gather and document relevant information to assist customers or escalate to appropriate departments.
- Deliver knowledgeable and professional customer service while maintaining a positive company image.
- Track, document, and follow up on customer issues accurately and promptly.
- Process orders with precision, ensuring proper handling of licensing, payments, and order details.
- Communicate effectively with customers about orders, invoices, and payments.
- Conduct meticulous data reviews to ensure accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Restock beverages and office supplies daily to maintain a well-equipped environment.
- Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in invoicing or accounting is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel); experience with NetSuite and CyberSource is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
