Our Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is an entrepreneurial self-starter that will define and execute our partner strategy, collaborate with local market and global leaders, and drive partner sales. This person must have experience building and managing trusted relationships with partners and clients as well as possess a track record of developing pipeline and achieving quota targets.

What You'll Do
Our Seattle HQ is currently seeking a Partner Sales Manager - Senior Director within the Alliances division.
In tandem with leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Salesforce partner relationship management, Go-to-Market cross functional activities and execution with Salesforce stakeholders, and joint sales strategy to drive Slalom Salesforce client project pipeline and revenue.
To be successful, this person will help drive sales through relationships and influence across Slalom's Seattle Sales Teams and Practices, the Salesforce Sales and Partner ecosystem, and our mutual clients with a "customer success" mindset.
Your Role Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between Slalom and Salesforce Sales Executives.
- Collaborate with Slalom Account and Practice leaders on Salesforce sales strategy.
- Create, qualify and drive early-stage sales opportunities across new and existing clients to build Salesforce project pipeline.
- Drive revenue and sales goals through effective orchestration and communication across Salesforce and Slalom partner engagements with clients.
- Coordinate with Slalom local market personnel, including Sale Executives, Practice Leaders and Client Leaders, to effectively to meet defined performance, engagement, and revenue growth objectives on a Quarterly and Annual basis.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce partner funding programs and work with local market leaders to apply funds to new and existing client opportunities.
- Maximize existing and develop new partnerships in the Salesforce ecosystem, understanding and evangelizing the Slalom value proposition.
- Own Salesforce conference and event strategy, including demand generation, networking events and executive meetings.
- Lead weekly Salesforce team meeting cadence and QBR's.
- Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast with responsibility for pipeline reporting and Salesforce deal registration.
- Lead local Slalom market on Salesforce solution education and enablement strategy.
- Educate Salesforce partner sales teams on Slalom capabilities and when/how to identify opportunities and position Slalom with clients.
What You'll Bring
- 15+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or partner sales
- Strong Salesforce solution knowledge and background desired
- Passionate about sales and technology (cloud, compute, data & analytics, etc)
- Experience in partner selling, pipeline development, Go-To-Market strategies and management skills with attention to detail
- Strong executive presence, ability to manage up and experience presenting at the VP/CxO level
- Able to partner with clients to understand their business needs and recommend solutions that add measurable value and outcomes to their business
- Skilled at coordination of teams through complex technology solution sales
- Self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate Slalom's value as a partner
- Excellent collaboration and cross functional team orchestration, organization, prioritization, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel in U.S.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position (PSM - Sr. Director) the target base salary pay range is $206,000-268,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
