General Summary

The Patient Flow Coordinator coordinates, prioritizes, and optimizes patient flow activities throughout BWMC by utilizing bed placement, staffing and clinical information to optimize patient throughput.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current MD RN licensure.
  • Five years of clinical nursing in an acute care setting required.
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing or other health care field preferred.
  • Prefer critical care experience. Must have basic keyboarding skills. Must be able to speak, read and write English.
  • Excellent problems solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, and exhibit customer service principles.

Compensation
  • Pay Range: $49.37-$55.57
  • Other Compensation (if applicable): may be eligible for shift differential.
