Patient Registration Coordinator (MA or Pharm Tech)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Onboarding: Work with external providers and our team to get new patients set up.
• Manage Referrals: Handle the process between Pharmacy, Nursing, and other departments.
• Build Relationships: Keep in touch with referral sources and attend meetings as needed.
• Communicate Updates: Keep the team informed about patient referrals and solve any issues.
• Handle Documentation: Complete and manage patient transition paperwork.
• Ensure Confidentiality: Protect patient and company information.
• Assist with Payments: Set up autopay, discuss financial assistance, and connect patients with the payment team if needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, handling referrals and patient paperwork.
• Preferred: Background as a Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant.
• Skills: Good organizational and communication skills.

Detauls:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
