Plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death law firm in Coral Gables seeks an energetic and proactive legal assistant or paralegal for in-person office placement. Job duties include but are not limited to: assisting with client intake, getting insurance disclosures, opening cases, obtaining client medical records and bills, organizing files, client communication, filing pleadings, scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, and assisting in trial preparation. Must fluent in Spanish.
