Portfolio Management Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Management Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the Strategic Prioritization and Planning team, focusing on Resource Capacity, Intake, and Reporting efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a reporting strategy, setting processes to support the strategy, and gathering requirements for new reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide team oversight, guidance, mentorship, and support, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Develop and maintain team processes, standards, and documentation.
- Foster open and transparent communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain streamlined project intake processes.
- Develop strategies and tools to assess resource capacity, utilization, and allocation.
- Provide oversight of the prioritization and trade-off process.

The Portfolio Management Manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes, identify challenge areas, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.

Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of relevant technical and/or business experience.
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze historical data, trends, and project requirements to forecast future constraints. They will also generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on project intake, evaluation, and decision-making processes. This role serves as an escalation point for Project Intake overall.
