Programmatic Marketing Specialist

Contract Type: 1-year W2 contract, extendible (No C2C)
Location: Remote

Role Overview: Our client seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and scale new user growth through Programmatic channels in US and international markets for core payments business and SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Programmatic team members to develop acquisition (lower funnel) and brand awareness (upper funnel) strategies tailored to different country markets.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key publisher partners, negotiating favorable deals and ensuring optimal programmatic best practices.
• Own daily on-platform DSP campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor dashboards and key reporting tools to understand channel effectiveness and react to changes in CPA, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics.
• Identify opportunities for testing and improvements based on daily, weekly, and monthly trends.
• Work cross-functionally (creative, product marketing, brand) with a Programmatic lens to educate and meet acquisition goals and initiatives.
• Develop strong partnerships with our agency and other programmatic partners to ensure strategic alignment, best practices, and uncover testing opportunities.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 3+ years of demonstrated ability with programmatic advertising, both direct and via DSPs.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, etc.) and ad servers (CM360).
• Experience building and managing successful partnerships with publishers.
• Experience working cross-functionally and optimizing towards multiple KPIs.
• Strong grasp of analytics, testing, and metrics-driven (performance) marketing.
• Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
