We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating communication between team members. This position is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills in project management and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
  • Help manage project budgets and track expenditures.
  • Liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and project briefs.
  • Support the team in identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a project support role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
